Virat Kohli Praised by Australian Minister for India’s Stunning Game, Tim Watts: ‘I Give Him the Highest Compliment’

Indian cricketer Virat Kohli has received the highest praise from the Australian Minister for India’s stunning game. Tim Watts expressed his respect and appreciation for the players through his upload on social media.

 

Virat Kohli’s name is not only famous in India but also throughout the world. His game has received a good response from other countries. He even received a lot of appreciation from the Australian public for his excellent game.

 

The Indian squat members along with Virat Kohli were received at the Parliament House, they are now in the Australian capital, Canberra. The Indian cricket team was invited ahead of the tour match against the Prime Minister’s XI during the two-day Border-Gavaskar Trophy.

Together with Anthony Albanese, the Australian Minister, the Indian Team met with several high-ranking officials and other Australian cabinet ministers. Tim Watts even uploaded their togetherness to his personal Instagram to pay respect to Viral Kohli and explain his influence on Australia cricket.

 

Taking to Instagram, Tim Watts added a picture of himself with Virat Kohli and wrote, “It was great to meet the Australian and Indian players for the PM’s eleventh match at Parliament House tonight.”

 

“I told @virat.kohli I was rooting for @royalchallengers.bungaluru in @iplt20 because it was the only chance i got to legitimately support him,” said Tim Watts.

Virat Kohli has already made a place in the hearts of Australian cricket fans as he is a great reminder of how Australian players should learn and how Kohli plays on the field.

 

“I give him the highest compliment I can give any international cricketer when I say that i enjoy watching him play because he plays like an Aussie. Just not when he plays AGAINST Australia of course,” said Watts.

 

For the Indian team, Virat Kohli has been a key player as India look to win their third consecutive BGT away from home and secure qualification for next year’s World Test Championship final.
