People look back on bad times.
In a talk, Vivek Oberoi disclosed that transitioning from acting to business was the most challenging experience for him. According to him, people consider how long their difficult periods lasted. They observe how long difficult times persist. They do not know how to make the most of it. We forget about that difficult period as soon as it passes.
The underworld was posing threats.
During the discussion, Vivek stated, “In my instance, the intensity was high.” I had to deal with public humiliation and trolling. After I had signed the projects, they withdrew from me because of the powerful lobby. “At this moment, the underworld was also involved, and threats were received,” Vivek stated. I also received police and a guard from Mumbai Police. He was okay throughout this period with an armed guard, but he was constantly concerned about his mother’s, sister’s, and father’s safety. This also impacted our work. Concentration gets challenging as a result.
Without movies, the only thing that could succeed was business.
During the talk, Vivek also mentioned how his business acumen helped him overcome obstacles in his film career. “I felt like I could achieve something on my own, and I thought that I was capable,” he stated. This marks the beginning of my adventure once more. Vivek disclosed that he had started a tech business and made money by selling it to an MNC.
