On Wednesday, Transport Minister Kailash Gehlot stated that the Delhi Metro’s Rithala-Narela corridor will be extended to Kundli-Nathupur in Haryana. According to him, the Delhi government had initially approved the extension. In order to begin the tender process, it will send a proposal to the Center. Serve Kailash Gehlot said that the complete length of this metro passage will be 23.73 km, out of which 2.72 km will be in Haryana.

In addition, Minister Gehlot stated that the project will be completed in four years at an estimated cost of Rs 6,230.99 crore. The rural areas along the Delhi-Haryana border will be connected to the main city by this metro corridor. This is on the grounds that transport is the main method of transport here.
