Name in the murder case of Baba Siddiqui
Anmol is being wanted by Mumbai Police in connection with the murder of Baba Siddiqui. From a Mumbai Police investigation, Anmol gave money and weapons through another defendant, Sujeet Sushil Singh. Anmol is charged with using Snapchat to send the hiredshooters images of Siddiqui and his son Zeeshan. A month before the murder, the killers had scouted the location.
Anmol’s name is also connected to a number of other popular cases. He is also charged with planning attacks on Bollywood superstars and assisting in the murder of Punjabi singer SidhuMoose Wala. This also relates to the firing outside the apartment of Bollywood actor Salman Khan.
Anmol was in contact with the shooters
The Mumbai Crime Branch previously stated that the attackers who killed NCP leader Baba Siddiqui were in touch with Anmol Bishnoi before the murder. Officials claim that while the three suspected shooters were in the US and Canada, Anmol and they connected on Snapchat.
In the Baba Siddiqui murder case, the Mumbai Crime Branch arrested a Gujarati citizen from Akola, Maharashtra, on Sunday, one day before Anmol’s apprehension. According to an official quoted by PTI, this brings the total number of people detained in the murder case to 25.
