A statement from the state government here states that in order to make ‘Mahakumbh-2025’ grand, road shows are being arranged across the nation, and participation is invited.

The statement claims that both ministers informed the reporters that approximately 45 crore pilgrims, sadhus, and tourists are anticipated for the Maha Kumbh in 2025.
He stated that significant efforts are underway to transform Maha Kumbh into a clean, healthy, safe, and digital event. These efforts include the planting of three lakh saplings, 101 “smart parking” locations for the convenience of visitors, and a campaign to eliminate single-use plastic. Similarly, in health services, 100-bed hospital, small hospitals have been set up and 24-hour deployment of doctors has been ensured in it.

The ministers said that plans have been made for flower showers on 44 permanent ghats during the Maha Kumbh, and a riverfront stretching 15.25 km along Mumbai’s Marine Drive has been built. For crowd control, “attribute-based cameras,” “RFID wristbands,” and “GPS tracking” technologies will be employed. The ministers described the Maha Kumbh as a unique celebration of India’s unity in diversity and described it as a symbol of Indian cultural and spiritual consciousness.
He claimed that this event will raise awareness of India’s cultural legacy worldwide under the direction of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The ministers stated that invitations are being sent by the state government to every state in India as well as every country in the world for the Maha Kumbh-2025.
