In recent months, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang allegedly threatened to kill Bollywood star Sikandar Salman Khan. In this instance, a charge was filed against eighteen Bishnoi gang members. Two accused individuals who plotted Salman Khan’s murder have been granted bail by the Bombay High Court.
The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has been threatening Salman Khan’s life for a while. After first receiving a threatening email, Salman Khan’s father received a letter last year threatening to kill his son, for which he filed a police station complaint.
After conducting a reconnaissance of Salman Khan’s Panvel farmhouse last year, Mumbai Police detained two suspects who had plotted to murder the “Sikander” star. Both of these defendants were allegedly connected to the gang led by Lawrence Bishnoi. On Friday, the Bombay High Court rendered a decision in this case against both of the accused.
The defendant who planned Salman’s murder was granted bail
Judge N R Borkar has granted accused Gaurav Bhatia, also known as Sandeep Bishnoi and Waspi Mehmood Khan, bail, according to an NDTV report. Details of the Bombay High Court’s specific ruling in this case are unknown.
These two individuals, along with other accused, were charged by Navi Mumbai Police of conducting a reconnaissance of Salman Khan’s Panvel property near Mumbai last year. In this instance, 18 members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang were charged with conspiring to kill Salman Khan.
Salman Khan’s home was the scene of gunfire last year
Salman Khan’s Bandra home was the scene of an early-morning shooting on April 14 of last year. The entire sector was rocked by the open shooting of politician Baba Siddiqui on the evening of October 12. According to a Facebook post made by members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, Baba Siddiqui was assassinated because he was linked to Salman Khan. Salman Khan’s security was further increased after this.
